My practice is designed to cater to everyone—from those recovering from injuries to individuals aiming to alleviate chronic conditions. Whatever your starting point, I’m committed to helping you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve a balanced, healthy body.

The great thing about a private one to one class over a group setting is that I can make sure you are using correct form thus getting the most out of your session.

My teaching is deeply rooted in the principles I learned through BASI Pilates, a globally recognized leader in Pilates education. The BASI approach emphasizes precision, flow, and attention to detail, all of which are integral to my practice. I want to ensure that every movement is executed with intention and control. This foundation allows me to guide my clients toward improved strength and flexibility, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity and depth of the Pilates method.

I have a Comprehensive certification with BASI, which is a 500 hour training program. This includes the Reformer, Wunda chair, Spine Corrector and the F2 System.

the studio

The home studio is located in the heart of Margate where you can make use of the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine corrector and Ladder barrel. Everything you need to get the most out of the Pilates system. You will leave the studio feeling stronger, lengthened and energised.

what to expect during a private reformer session?

During a private Reformer session, you can expect a tailored experience designed to meet your unique needs, regardless of your prior experience. The Reformer is an excellent starting point for beginners, offering more support than matwork, and allowing you to build strength and confidence progressively. Over time, with regular practice, you'll advance to more challenging exercises that are both rewarding and fun. For those with intermediate-level mat experience, Tower sessions are also available and can be scheduled upon request.

We’ll begin with a discussion about your history and goals, then work together to develop a personalised Pilates routine using the Reformer, Wunda chair or Cadillac. With my full attention on you, I'll provide verbal and hands-on cues (as you prefer) to ensure you’re working safely and effectively. Whether you're a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, an athlete, or someone recovering from injury, these sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals. Private sessions can also be booked on an ad hoc basis for technique refinement or check-ins. If the available times don’t suit you, feel free to contact me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

what to expect during a duet session?

In a duet session, you’ll work side by side with your partner — one person on the Reformer, the other on the Tower. You’ll usually switch halfway through, so both of you get to experience the unique benefits of each piece of equipment.

While the Reformer is more widely known, the Tower is an incredibly powerful part of the Pilates system. It offers focused, grounded movement that challenges your core, deepens your alignment, and improves posture and control. Depending on your needs, the entire session may even take place on the Tower or Cadillac — it’s all about what your body needs that day.

Each session is personalised and rooted in the classical Pilates method, with hands-on guidance and attention to form. It’s a thoughtful and rewarding way to train together, with room to progress at your own pace.

Train alongside a friend, partner, or family member in this semi-private Pilates session. Each of you will work on your own equipment — either the Reformer or the Tower — with personalised guidance throughout. It’s a fun, focused way to move together while still getting individual attention. One booking covers both of you.
